Welcome to Von Bruno South Danes

We are a located in the small town of Eldorado, Texas.  This is a small kennel where all the dogs are part of the family.  I got started six years ago when I had looked for almost a year for a great dane puppy.  As a last effort, I called Von Bruno Danes and talked to Rob Sack about a litter of fawn puppies he had.  I ended up purchasing a puppy, Addison, and became part of the Von Bruno family.  A few months later I got Bailey, shown below, and got into the show ring.  With Karen Sack's help on my handling plus other handlers being very patient with me in the ring, I put all the single points on Bailey and Karen put her majors on her and she became a champion in exactly one year!  I was hooked, and fell head over heals for the breed.  I now strive to breed for temperments, movement, a classic head, and a structurally correct body.  I started with fawns and brindles but have branched out to include blacks to my breeding program.  I hope you enjoy and please contact me with any questions!
